Synopsis
Rando, a teenage karate champion, falls into a coma after his school bus crashes. After awakening a year later, he discovers that his previously disfigured face has been reconstructed to resemble his crush. Driven by madness, plastic surgeon Dr. Manabe uses a photo found in Rando's pocket as a model for the surgery. Despite being abandoned by loved ones, Rando assumes the identity of his crush's long-lost twin sister and joins her family. However, as a teenage boy, he struggles to be a responsible "big sister" to Rina while contending with his own emotions.
